Mini Tummy Tucks - Great Way to Eliminate Skin Excess After Liposuction

Are you tired of your tummy being loose, and sagging, or protruding? Has your stomach not responded well to weight loss from exercise? Thinking about an abdominoplasty, more commonly known as a tummy tuck?
La Nouvelle Center for Aesthetic Surgery, Liposuction and Vaginal Rejuvenation specializes in Mini Tummy Tuck procedures. This is a procedure that immediately follows the liposuction to tighten the excess of skin after fat removal. The procedure is performed on a lower section of abdomen.

What is a Tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that is performed when aging, pregnancies, weight fluctuations, heredity, and other surgeries have caused problems in the abdomen that are not or haven’t been that easy to get rid of. A mini tummy tuck procedure removes excess skin so that you can restore weak and separated muscles in the stomach area. If you are a woman wanting to get pregnant in the near future, than we would suggest that you wait until after you have had your children before you have an Abdominoplasty procedure. Also keep in mind and know that a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty is not a substitute for a weight loss exercise program.

Tummy Tucks, (Abdominoplasty)
Even though you are in good health, you may still be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. If your skin is hanging over your belt line and your tummy is protruding, not to mention, you have pockets of loose skin and fat, all the while maintaining a stable weight with good health, than you are indeed a candidate for a liposuction and a tummy tuck.

Tummy Tuck Surgery
Tummy Tucks, better known in the medical field as abdominoplasty, is when a specialist tightens up weakened abdominal wall muscles by removing the loose hanging abdominal skin. Over 80,000 men and women in America every year go through a tummy tuck procedure because regular diet and exercise don’t help them like they would like, and they go around with a protruding belly that has loose hanging abdominal skin and muscles that does not look good causing them to be self conscious.
Mini-Abdominoplasty, or mini-tummy tuck, is performed only on patients that have a small amount of lower abdomen issues of loose skin and stretch marks and does not have to have their abdominal muscles tightened. At times this procedure might be done in tandem with liposuction on a patient when the patient has excessive fat but minimal or limited looseness of the abdomen.
Tummy Tucks give you an abdominal result that is tight as well as flat with a waist that is curvy and narrow with thighs and a butt that is firmer.

Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer

Artificial implants are scary for most women because of the problems and issues that arise when poorly made products are used for breast enhancement, also known as breast augmentation. But with today’s medical advancements we can now use a more safer way to enhance breasts through fat transfer and injection.

What is Breast Enhancement or Augmentation?
When it comes to Breast Enhancement, Augmentation is the way to go. With more and more women being dissatisfied with the look and feel of their breasts, Augmentations are getting more popular then any other procedure to date. Breast Augmentation is a procedure where fat is removed from an area of the body such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, and flanks where there is excess fat that can be removed safely and without damaging the figure and transplanted in the breasts.

Reasons For Breast Augmentation
Women seek breast surgery for a number of reasons:
  • Smaller breasts do to genetics.
  • Different size breasts
  • Aging that causes reduced firmness
  • Drooping and sagging because of breast feeding after child birth.
  • Reconstruction surgery do to breast cancer treatment.
Breast augmentation can restore the contour of your body and enhance the size, shape, imbalances, and firmness that you want in your figure. To find out if you should have breast enhancements than we urge you to contact Dr. Hanna and his staff for a consultation.

What Is Fat Transfer & How Does It Work?
Excess fat is harvested from areas like the abdomen, hips, thighs and flanks during elective liposuction. Local Anesthesia is used for all procedures done by Dr. Hanna: traditional liposuction, Vaser Liposuction, PAL Liposuction, and SmartLipo. This avoids the risks of side effects that general anesthesia is common for. Tumescent Anesthesia is used to numb both the harvest site as well as the target areas, after which a low-vacuum liposuction process is done to remove the living fat cells and re-inject them into the target area of the breasts through the use of a cannulas tube. 60 to 70% of the fat cells survive through these new techniques.
Can fat transfer be used on other areas?
Yes. Facial Contouring. Our aging bodies have a tendency to gain fat and our faces will lose fat, causing wrinkles and hollow cheeks to appear and form. Frequently used to treat these areas are fillers like Juvederm & Radiesse and can be very expensive when larger volumes are needed.

What's the difference Between Traditional Liposuction, Vaser Lipo and Pal Liposuction?

In today’s world everyone knows what Liposuction is, but for the record, Liposuction surgery is a cosmetic procedure that happens to be the most popular and requested procedures in the world. Men and women use this procedure to eliminate unwanted body fat from parts of the body like the stomach, hips, thighs, knees, buttocks, love handles, neck as well as the face so they can have a more ideal body figure.

So what is the Difference between Vaser Lipo or PAL Liposuction and “traditional” Liposuction?

“Traditional” Liposuction is simply taking the fat out by suction it from under the skin. Other types of liposuction use additional technologies to “dissolve” or “melt” fat before the actual liposuction or to help with liposuction procedure. These technologies help a doctor for better shaping / body contouring as well as  have other advantages, like better fat preservation.
Vaser Lipo (Liposuction) uses state-of-the-art ultrasound technology designed to gently reshape your body. It breaks up fat or “melts fat” while preserving important tissues to promote smooth results and rapid healing.
PAL Liposuction (Power Asssited Liposuction) uses technology based on electricity to “dissolve” or “melt” fat before liposuction. PAL devices produce rapid, small vibrations to break up fat so that it can easily be suctioned out through the cannula. It makes it easier for Dr. Hanna to control, allowing for more precise and thorough fat removal. It also preserves fat better. This can be very important if you’d like to reuse this fat for some other places – like for Breast Enhancement (transferring your own fat to your breast) or other parts of your body, for better contouring.

PAL Liposuction and Vaser Lipo (Liposuction)
Dr. Hanna and La Nouvelle Center developed the combination of Vaser Lipo and PAL Liposuction technologies – with exceptional results, without comparison. The combination of Vaser and Pal liposuction set a new standard in fat removal and body sculpting surgeries.

Al of these procedures are gentle and can be completed in just a few hours. The pain is minimal with a quick recovery time and results that are visible almost immediately.
